Business hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9am-5pm. Requests made outside these hours will not be processed until the next business day.

Upload Documents to the Office
Once you send your message, you will receive an email reply from the office within two business days. For your protection, our email system is secure, encrypted and HIPAA complaint. You must have a PASSCODE to open up our email response. This is to protect your health information. If you never received a passcode, or forgot it, you will need to RESET YOUR PASSCODE. PLEASE WRITE THIS CODE DOWN AND SAVE IT. Once you have reset your passcode, you will need to send your message to our office again.
For urgent clinical concerns or behavioral emergencies, call 513-275-6630. Choose the option for Dr .Zimmer’s urgent voice mailbox. Leave a brief message and the doctor will respond promptly.
